Stages of packing manufacturing:

Work out of new design for product packing, completion of existing form-factor provided by the customer or selection of optimal packing design from form-factors base formed by specialists of engineering department of the factory. Plotter is used for testing of created design to manufacture cardboard layouts. This specialized equipment allows for quick obtaining by the customer of test lot (20-30 items) of packing for design analysis.

Arrangement of pre-printing preparation, color proof, production of printing forms. For manufacturing of printing forms we use the machine which includes production of film assemblies. The process is automatic, flows at high speed and allows obtaining top quality printing form.

High-quality offset printing on sheet printing machines КВА Rapida 162-6 - L+L (size 1120x1620 mm, 6 printing sections, 2 varnishing sections, in-line infrared and ultraviolet drying) and КВА Rapida 105-6 - L (size 720x1050 mm, 6 printing sections, 1 varnishing section, infrared drying system). Complete, selective and combined varnishing by ultraviolet or water-dispersion laquer.

Performanceofpost-printingprocessing: hot stamping orblindblocking, foilstamping, includingholographic, combing, cutting, windows plating, gluing of manufactured product elements.

Packingofendproductsin order toensurethe safety ofqualityduringtransportation.
