Quality service of “LunaPack” Cardboard package plant
In 2002 the quality service was established in the enterprise, which is functioning at present. This fact is confirmed by successful enterprise certification against ISO 9001:2000. In 2009, the laboratory underwent next certification for the right to carry out the measurements in the sphere and outside the sphere of state metrological control extension (№ ПЧ- 055/2009).
In 2010 the quality service prepares the enterprise for recertification audit according to the new version of ISO 9001:2008. In addition, it designs and introduces FSMS at the enterprise according to the standard ISO 22000:2005 “Foodstuff safety management system”.
The Quality service consists of:
- technical control and certification department;
- measuring laboratory.
Technical control and certification department functions are as follows:
- organization of post-operational quality control at manufacturing stages;
- enterprise subdivisions activity control with ensuring the production compliance with the established requirements and standards;
- analysis of information, obtained at the manufacturing stages, making preventing and correcting arrangements;
- production preparation for certification and evaluation, carrying out of measures, connected with implementation of standards and Technical specifications for manufactured production;
- development of methods and instructions as per line control in the process of production;
- preparation of monthly quality reports;
- control and analysis of Quality management system effectiveness at the enterprise.
Measuring laboratory functions are:
Measuring laboratory carries out incoming control of raw materials and materials that come to manufacture, as well as technological control over finished production. It takes part in the process of new materials familiarization and technological problems solving.
Measuring laboratory is equipped with modern facilities that make possible to control the quality of the used materials.

5. Temperature and humidity in cardboard pile – Rotronic S1 thermohygrometer.
Engineers-colorists are occupied with incoming control of printing inks that come to the enterprise, as well as with development of mixed ink formulations with the help of Ink Formulation software.
