Manufacturing of stamp matrix.
One of the types of activity of our company is manufacturing of high-quality stamp matrixes (blanking dies).
We manufacture stamp matrixes for stamping from the following materials: cardboard, micro- and corrugated board, paper, mylar film, plastic, leather, rubber and other.
Stamps are mounted on high-quality veneer made by domestic and foreign manufacturers (laminated veneer is available at option). We use high-quality knives and accessories (Cito, Sandvic and Bohler).
Design and manufacturing of stamp matrixes is a unique closed-circuit technological process of interaction of three sites:
1. The first site for design of blanking dies uses graphic station equipped with professional modular system with new generation SCORE software.
2. The second site is based on the system of new, revolutionary equipment for stamps manufacturing Gerber Profile - 408 (Germany). This is a high-precision and flexible-to-operate unit that allows to manufacture different kinds of stamps using one machine. Profile can work with material about 1500 mm in width and about 110 mm in thickness, ensures maximal cutting speed in X, Y, Z directions up to 7,5 m/min with 0,0019 mm resolution power.
3. The third site uses EasyBender automated system, which fully prepares rulers for installation into the stamp matrix: bends, makes slots and pins and cuts on measured lengths.
EasyBender has high operating speed and improves productivity up to 500%. Standard Pentium PC is used as a controller. Windows software understands DXF, DDS, CF2 formats.
EasyBender has a patented holder, which can hold up to six knives processing tools. This technology ensures the highest precision.
Final assembly of stamp matrixes is carried out by top-ranked specialists on granites with the help of special tools and appliances.
The uniqueness of our equipment and qualification of our specialists affords opportunity to manufacture high-precision and top quality stamp matrixes in the shortest possible time.
Manufacturing of brass and magnesium printing blocks.
Brass printing blocks.
Brass is the most universal material for printing blocks manufacturing. Due to its hardness it is used in situations requiring high quality impression and big production run.
For manufacturing of printing blocks we use specialized high-speed unit for size 400*600 mm with Triax 64 numerical control unit (France).
This is a tree-coordinate machine with emulsion cooling, direct cutter drive (rotation speed makes 4 to 40 thousand rpm) and automatic tool change. It provides maximal processing speed of 12 m/min. Roughness of processed surface makes up 0,125 Ra, distance between two cutter paths is 0,02 mm, precision +/- 0,001 mm.
Built-in computer, installed on the unit, is connected by common interface with the graphic station, which processes graphic files and performs preparation of operation programs. Such connection affords opportunity to use any designer program, at that it excludes errors during files design and transfer and significantly improves performance.
Magnesium printing blocks.
Magnesium is the most acceptable and technological material, which is used for manufacturing of printing blocks for small and middle-size production runs. It is lightweight, cheap, easy to process, has average hardness and low toxicity.
We can manufacture printing blocks with dimensions from 30x50 mm to 500x650 mm, and provide etching depth up to 3,5 mm.
At that we use specialized equipment made by Stoma (Germany), which afford opportunity to manufacture printing blocks of the highest possible quality in the shortest possible time.
