ISO 9001:2008 includes criteria for independent certification of quality management system which allow to demonstrate to the third person the guarantees to minimize risk.

ISO 9001:2008 supposes to use “process approach” when the most optimal chain “transformation-process” is introduced that guarantees the perception of all clients’ needs and their implementation into the service without any distortion.
