universal basis for the creation of quality management system at any
enterprise independently
of the sphere of activity, technologies, qualifications and number
of employees.

order to run the company successfully and provide its operation it’s
necessary to control its activity systematically and openly.

success can be reached by the introducing management system which was
developed to improve the figures of activity taking into account the
interests of all parties.
ISO
9001:2008 includes criteria for independent certification of quality
management system which allow to demonstrate to the third person the
guarantees to minimize risk.
ISO
9001:2008 supposes to use “process approach” when the
most optimal chain “transformation-process” is introduced that
guarantees the perception of all clients’ needs and their
implementation into the service without any distortion.
