Food safety management system ISO 22000

In the beginning of September, 2010 the enterprise has successfully passed the re-certification of ISO 9001:2008 in Quality management systems and officially received ISO 22000:2005 Certification in Food safety management systems that allowed to formalize, arrange and improve business process management.

ISO 9001:2008 includes criteria for independent certification of quality management system of the enterprise which demonstrates the warranties of risk minimization to exterior interested parties. Quality management systems according to ISO 9001:2008 assume the application of a process approach when the optimal chain of conversions and processes is being modeled and implemented, guaranteeing that customers needs are taken into account and embodied in service without any distortions.

Certification of management systems on correspondence to requirements of ISO 22000:2005 was positively reflected in success of the enterprise and has brought the following advantages:

  • created conditions for the systems concept to food safety management;
  • provided the performance of compulsory legislative and regulating requirements;
  • allows to create the autonomous management systems of food safety on the basis of existing hygienic programs and industrial control systems;
  • completed the standard selective control of finished goods quality by safety control measures which are to prevent and remove the potential danger to products.
