Cardboard packaging plant of “LunaPack”, one of the largest enterprises in CIS dealing with packaging manufacture and advertising printing industry, was established for operational provision of the market with the articles that comply with the worldwide quality standards.

We afford the opportunity of integrated approach towards products promotion in the market to our consumers. Our possibilities allow us to manufacture wide range of printing production: packaging made of cardboard and masked micro corrugated cardboard, multi-unit and souvenir packaging, large-format advertising printing, materials for promotion of goods at points of sale.
High level of services and production quality. Quality control system at the enterprise is organized according to the modern standards. Since 2004 the system of quality management standards ISO 9001:2000 has been implemented and certified. This system has allowed to formalize and regulate our business processes and to improve the methodology of their management. In 2007 the stage of observation audit was closed. In November – December 2010 we plan to obtain the certificate of international standard ISO 22000:2005 “Foodstuffs safety management systems” and to make observation audit under ISO 9001:2008 standard “Quality management systems”.
At present there are representative offices of the plant in Kyiv (Ukraine), Moscow (Russia) and Cheltenham (Great Britain). Foreign experience of our representative offices makes us possible to introduce innovations at cardboard packaging national market, constantly to improve technologies and to take part in specialized exhibitions of global scale.
Direct supplies of consumables from leading global producers. All the materials, used in manufacturing process, have the approval of the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine for usage in food, pharmaceutical and other branches of industry.
Closed production cycle and independence from the contractors considerably reflects upon manufacture terms and production quality. Company “LunaPack” has a high-precision equipment for stamp forms and blocks manufacture. All cutting equipment is produced within the enterprise.
“LunaPack” plant struggles to take care of its workers welfare and qualification, providing comfortable and safe labour conditions: sends its workers abroad for training; invites leading world experts for carrying out trainings, seminars, lectures; provides visiting of exhibitions and conferences.
