Cardboard package plant of “LunaPack”

The company was set up to meet demand for high-quality cardboard package, advertising graphics, cardboard stationery.

Cardboard package plant of “LunaPack” has been working since 21 June 2002.

The company works in the segment business-to-business where is considered as reliable partner at different spheres.

The cardboard package factory is the second enterprise in Ukraine which produces about 1,5t. per month and occupies 25% of the market.

The production capacity of “LunaPack” allows to produce a wide range of printing products: cardboard package and corrugated cardboard package, gift packaging, advertising graphics, materials for goods’ promotion at the point of sale, cardboard stationery, furniture for other printing enterprises.

The production has proved its high-quality in the operation in different regions of Ukraine, Russia, Belorussia, Moldova, Germany, UK, Belgium. Nowadays the company has representative offices in Moscow (Russia) and Cheltenham (UK).

“LunaPack” has a number of possibilities for solving clients’ marketing problems related with competitiveness and efficiency of their activity.

If you deal with “LunaPack”, you will get their solving starting from the design of construct and ending with the delivery of finished production. “LunaPack” gets all materials from the leading manufactures. All materials used in the production are approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to use in the food, pharmaceutical and other types of industry. The enterprise has closed cycle of production and independence from subcontractors that influence on time and quality of production. “LunaPack” has equipment for production of punching forms and printing blocks, so cutting equipment is produced at the factory. Quality control system meets all modern standards. In 2004 “LunaPack” was assessed by ‘TUV NORD International Certifying Body’ and subsequently issued ‘ISO 9001: 2000 International Standard for Quality’.

The plant is oriented on local and foreign manufactures, among them leading operators from Ukraine, CIS and Europe in different areas: food and confectionery industry, perfume and cosmetic industry, pharmaceutical industry, alcohol industry, textile industry and other products from industry group.

Among “LunaPack” clients are: «Procter&Gamble», «Roshen», «Kraft Foods», «Conti», «Morozko», «L’Oreal», «Coca-Cola», «Philip Morris», «Combi», «ACME».

The plant has unique equipment most of which does not have analogs in Ukraine and CIS. Production space is 17000 square meters. The plant is equipped with modern climate-control system (air-conditioning, ventilation and heating).The productive capacity enables to manufacture more than 3000 tons of cardboard per month. The capacity of warehouse of cardboard is 6000 tons. There are three independent channels of electricity with automatic switch. There is an own railway at the territory of plant. ”LunaPack” is a reliable and stable partner of many companies. “LunaPack” has an exclusive patent right to produce and sell LAMA construction in Ukraine.

“LunaPack” moves in step with innovative technologies and never stops. In 2010 it is scheduled to get the standard ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP) that allows company to be a supplier for the biggest multinational companies not only in Ukraine but also in West Europe. Thereby, the company is going to gain new positions at the Ukrainian, Russian and West European markets.
